Anil Anand – Managing Director
Anil Anand has been associated with the automotive sector for four decades. He co‑founded Avlight Automotives in 1996 and played a pivotal role in expanding it from a local operation in Faridabad to a major manufacturer of plastic moulded components, automotive lighting, connector assemblies and injection moulds. Under his leadership, the group’s operations spread across North & South India, with a growing portfolio catering to domestic demand and exports to North America, the UK and China.
His career began with over 20 years of experience working with OEM and Tier‑1 suppliers—experience that inspired him to build a company that designs and develops products to meet customer requirements. Anil assembled a dedicated team of professionals focused on innovation, total quality management and creating a preferred workplace.
Recently, Anil Anand acquired a majority ownership in Allfine Industries Pvt. Ltd., a renowned electric‑rickshaw manufacturer. His strategic vision is expected to take Allfine to new heights, expanding into new markets, accelerating growth in India’s last‑mile electric mobility segment and driving efficient, eco‑friendly transportation solutions. His leadership is anchored in consistent innovation, professional management and nurturing skilled talent. He believes focused, collaborative team efforts are the key to sustained growth and global competitiveness.
